Shipment processing and handling times:
All orders received in our shop are processed within 1-8 hours daily. For orders received on weekends and holidays your order will be processed on the next business day. For items that are listed on PRESALE, these items will ship within 24-48 hours of that item arriving at our warehouse and the presale ending. An email confirmation is sent with all orders to inform you of your tracking and delivery information. If you did not receive this information, please first check your junk email box to ensure your email did not end up there. If you are unable to locate this information, please send us and email or give our office a call Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm Eastern standard time.
Special notes and delivery instructions: While Prettymushrooms STAFFS will do its best to convey your requests and delivery instructions to carrier, we do not guarantee the carrier will adhere to or follow such instructions. Shipping carriers do not offer this functionality or service. It is the customers responsibility to convey their delivery instructions to their local carriers including but not limited to the following: delivery times, hours, special locations, gate codes etc. Customers should contact US to communicate.
Incorrect shipping addresses: It is the customers responsibility to provide valid and accurate shipping information. Failure to provide accurate and valid shipping details can result in delays, mis-deliveries, or cancelation of a customers order. For items that are returned due to an invalid shipping address, Prettymushrooms LLC, reserves the right to assess and charge a return process fee. If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email or phone call so we can assist in updating your information. If your item has already shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping information while items are in transit.
If your package is damaged or spoiled we will send a replacement package as long as you let us know within 2 hours of receiving. Mushrooms can lose up to a tenth of a pound per pound due to shrinkage during shipment. This weight will be regained when cleaned with water. Your mushrooms will be slightly dry to touch which is normal. When rinsed with water they will regain their freshness. They must be refrigerated immediately.
If you gave us a valid email address you will receive a shipment notification along with tracking. You can also sign up for text notification. Once we ship, we cannot stop the shipment or reroute it to a different address. When you place your order we cannot guarantee it will be filled. We may run out or not like the mushrooms we get in. Mother Nature can end the season at any time. In this case, we will refund your money. Morels do come from the woods so don’t be alarmed if you find some unwated company in a morel. It’s not often an insect will be found but sometimes they will hide inside the morels. These guys also know what’s good! Clean, cook, and enjoy. Thanks for bearing with me through all of this.
